To change the blade on the scraper, remove the screw, uncap the housing, then remove the blade. Next, insert the new blade, close the housing and tighten the screw
Use scraper at a shallow angle (such as 20 or 30 degrees) with smooth movements to avoid scratching the glass cooktop. DO NOT use at a high angle (such as 45 or 90 degrees) or stabbing movements, doing so might scratch the glass cooktop
To use the scraper, push forward the blade located between 2 plates without loosening the screw and use as needed. When finished, push the safety cover back over the blade.
