  • What is Included:

Our standard installations include delivery, unboxing, set-in place, and installation of the new appliance. All you need to do is answer the door! We also uninstall the old appliance and haul it away for free. Of course, we can also leave the old appliance in the garage if desired to keep. We may charge additional labor to move the old appliance to a basement.

  • We also include standard installation parts if deemed necessary by our delivery crew.. For a full list of what parts are included in standard installation, see below

    Basic install parts include:

  • Dryers: 3 or 4-prong cord for electric dryers or 4-ft. gas flex line for gas dryers & up to 6-ft. of dryer venting. If the customer would like new dryer venting and it is longer than 6-ft. of run, it would be $5 per additional foot. A steam kit is included if the dryer allows for steam.

Washers: 6-ft. Stainless-steel washer hoses. Extended Drain Hose is not included, if needed.

Dishwashers: Dishwasher install kit. This kit includes 6 ft. braided stainless-steel flex water line with 3/8" adapter or 3/4" elbow. Almost all brands require 3/4" elbow. In rare instances, if a dishwasher is not directly next to a sink or around a lazy Susan, an extended drain hose is needed, which is not included as a basic install part and is an additional charge.

Refrigerators/Under-counter Icemakers: 1/4-inch, 7-ft. stainless-steel flex water line. If a line longer than 7-ft. would be needed, we would use copper and it would be an additional charge of $5 per foot. We hook up to existing stainless-steel or copper lines. For existing plastic water lines, we do not hook up to these, and would offer replacing the line with copper or stainless-steel.

Ranges/Stoves: Electrical 3 or 4-prong cords are included for electric ranges, and for gas ranges, we include a 4-ft. gas flex line, if needed to be replaced.

Over-the-Range Microwaves/Hoods: OTR Microwaves and under-cabinet hoods have needed parts included in their packaging. In rare cases depending on brand, a recirculating kit may be required. Ask one of our sales representatives for details if you have questions.

Built-In Appliances: Built-in appliances include downdraft ranges/cooktops, microwave drawers, cooktops/rangetops, wall-ovens, microwaves w/ trim kits, built-in refrigerators/freezers, and any other appliances built into cabinetry. There is no included labor or install parts for these appliances. Before purchase of a built-in appliance, we offer a free premeasure to come to the home and measure the opening to see if the new appliance will fit and concur accurate installation costs if cutting cabinetry/adjusting the opening is required. For new builds/renovations, cabinetry should be cut to spec for the new built-in appliance and a premeasure is not needed. In any instance where a customer is interested in a built-in appliance and unsure whether or not the new appliance will fit their current opening, please contact a salesperson to get scheduled for a free premeasure on the site.

  • What is Not Included:

Any modifications to customers cabinetry, walls, countertops, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.

Custom Installations (For Built-In Appliances)

  • What you need to know before delivery:

For any built-in appliances, unless in a new build/renovation, we perform a free premeasure to come out and gather information if the existing opening would need to be modified at the time of delivery. The premeasure is performed by our installation team. After the premeasure is conducted, a custom installation pricing quote will be created before any work is done.
