Allow extra side clearance for the French doors to open fully (requires 44.625 inches of width when doors are open 90 degrees).
The GE Profile PFE28KYNFS is a spacious, standard-depth French door refrigerator featuring a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish. Designed to handle large grocery hauls, it offers an expansive 27.7 cu. ft. total capacity (18.5 cu. ft. fresh food, 9.17 cu. ft. freezer). The highly organized interior includes adjustable spill-proof glass shelves (featuring an innovative Quick Space shelf and drop-down tray), two humidity-controlled crispers, convenient gallon-sized door bins, and two full-width freezer baskets.
Premium Cooling & Smart Features
To keep your groceries exceptionally fresh, this model uses TwinChill™ evaporators to maintain separate, optimized climates for the fridge and freezer, supported by a Turbo Cool setting to rapidly restore ideal temperatures after frequent door openings. A standout feature is its external ice and water dispenser, which includes a Hands-Free AutoFill function that automatically fills any container with filtered water. The dispenser is powered by a space-saving icemaker and an advanced filtration system designed to remove trace pharmaceuticals. The interior is brightly illuminated by Showcase LED lighting and includes an electronic full-width temperature-controlled drawer.
Note: This model is ENERGY STAR® certified for efficiency. While it is WiFi-capable for smart home integration, it requires the purchase of a separate WiFi Connect module (PBX23W00Y1). It is also Enhanced Shabbos Mode capable with the addition of a separate Shabbos Keeper device.
