Intelligent Inverter Drive

Alternates the speed of the drum throughout the cycle, allowing for a soft controlled start and optimized tumbling during drying. The inverter drive also features a simple and reliable single drive belt system making for easy serviceability.

Pre-Heat System

The Advantage series leverages the basic laws of physics to ensure intelligent performance. The two-shell burner forces incoming air to initially pass along the hot sides of the oven housing. By pre-heating the incoming air the temperature of the oven is elevated in the burner housing, utilizing the benefit of the residual heat that other dryers lose into the atmosphere.

Single-Phase Reversing Basket

Maytag Commercial offers its single phase reversing tumbler; a standard feature on all Advantage series dryers.

Trans-Axial Airflow

Trans-axial airflow is designed to maximize performance and efficiency. The basket maintains heat inside the drum while the partially perforated front allows for maximum airflow to move warm air through the tumbler

Two-Point Roller Support

Two rubber rollers with permanently lubricated bearings are positioned under the front of the tumbler, to help reduce the high stress placed on the dryer’s trunnion, finding the perfect support combination to deliver reliable operation even in tough laundry applications.
