Placement Guideline: To properly install this 36-inch commercial-style gas rangetop, you will need a cabinet cutout approximately 36" W x 23-5/8" D. The unit is designed to sit flush with your cabinetry, but requires a 12" minimum clearance to vertical combustible surfaces at the rear. It requires a standard 120V/15A electrical outlet for the electronic ignition and a 1/2-inch gas supply line. The actual unit dimensions are 35-7/8" W x 8-1/2" H x 27-1/2" D.

The Café CGU366P2TS1 is a professional-grade, six-burner gas rangetop featuring a heavy-duty stainless steel build and continuous matte black porcelainized cast iron grates. These grates are designed to be dishwasher-safe and even self-clean capable if placed in a compatible oven. A unique design feature is the Inspiral™ wok grate, which is specially contoured to nestle a round-bottom wok directly into the flame for authentic stir-frying. The manifold is color-matched to the stainless finish, and the robust control knobs offer a 270-degree valve turn for granular flame adjustment.

Cooking Performance & Features

This rangetop offers a versatile "burner arsenal" designed for high-heat techniques and delicate tasks alike. The star of the show is the 21,000 BTU Multi-Ring Burner, which can go from a massive searing flame to a low 140-degree simmer. It also features two 18,000 BTU Power Boil burners and two 12,000 BTU burners perfectly positioned for use with an optional griddle.

Note: For safety and reliability, the unit is equipped with an electronic ignition system with automatic re-ignition, ensuring that if a draft blows the flame out, it will instantly spark back to life. While this model does not feature built-in Wi-Fi, it is ADA Compliant and includes an LP conversion kit.
